At Secret of Aging, we want you to love every product. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. This page explains how we ship your order and how returns and refunds work.
Shipping
We ship only within the United States, using USPS. We do not ship internationally.
- Processing: Your order begins processing once your payment clears.
- Order confirmation: To get every order right the first time, we confirm your order and shipping address by text before shipping. Please make sure your phone number and address are correct at checkout. Contact us right away if you need to change anything.
- Delivery time: Most orders arrive within 5 to 15 business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Custom color infusions may add up to 10 business days, depending on colors in stock.
- Shipping cost: Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
- Tracking: Once your order ships, we send your tracking number by text or email.
- Delays: If your order is delayed for any reason, we will let you know by text or email.
Return Window
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
What Can Be Returned
- Skincare and makeup must be unopened, unused and in their original packaging.
- For hygiene and safety, opened or used products cannot be returned.
- Skincare Rituals may be returned if every product in the Ritual is unopened.
Final Sale Items
WSL items are discontinued and cannot be restocked. All WSL purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund. All other sale items follow this standard return policy.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
We carefully check and confirm every order before it ships. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send a clear photo of the item and its packaging by text or email. In most cases, you will not need to send the item back. Once approved, we will send a replacement or issue a refund. If we do need the item returned, we will provide a prepaid return label.
How to Start a Return

- Include your order number and the items you wish to return.
- We will reply with return instructions and our return address.
- Please do not mail items back without contacting us first.
Return Shipping
For all other returns, the customer pays return shipping. Original shipping charges are not refundable. We recommend a trackable shipping method, since we cannot refund items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by text or email. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Your bank or PayPal may need extra time to post the refund.
Reward Points and Coupons
Refunds are based on the price you actually paid for each item, after any coupons or discounts. Reward points earned on returned items will be removed from your account. Whether a coupon can be used again follows that coupon’s own terms.
